Amanda is a mom to a 4-and-a-half-year-old girl. Being a mom is one of her favorite things. Whenever she giggles or laughs she reminds Amanda why she wanted to become a mom. That’s not to say there aren’t times she is pulling her hair out but overall Amanda is so grateful to be called mom. 

It has taken Amanda a lot of personal work to get to a place of gratitude. Two years ago she was just going through the motions, trying to just get through the day. But she always felt like there was more out there for her. 

So Amanda started searching for something to help her feel better. First, she found self-improvement work and then about a year later, she found life coaching. She can honestly say she is a changed person because of these two things. She is a product of the coaching she sells.

Every day Amanda puts in the work to have more fun, become more joyful, empower herself to show up as the best mom and person she can be, and to have gratitude for every single moment she gets on this planet.

It is not always easy because she is human with a human brain but she wants to tell you it is possible to be joyful, empowered, and grateful for your motherhood and life!
